与Bst 2.0 DNA 聚合酶和Bst DNA 聚合酶大片段相比,Bst 3.0 DNA聚合酶具有更快的等温扩增速度和更强的逆转录活性。无论以DNA还是RNA为模板,该酶都具有5’-3’的DNA聚合酶活性和强烈的链置换活性,但该酶5’-3’和3’-5’的外切酶活性缺失。在以RNA为模板的LAMP实验中,可实现单酶系统反应。Bst 3.0 DNA聚合酶在60-65℃之间具有很好的反转录活性,可有效解决具有二级复杂结构的RNA模板的反转录,而Bst 2.0 DNA 聚合酶和Bst DNA 聚合酶大片段无此活性。
